Cosmetic Item transfer from one account to another

Hey,
I have purchased some cosmetics on the store before but it was on another account "yma" but as of recent I've been playing on my other account "0hFusion" I was wondering if it were possible to transfer my cosmetics from "yma" to "0hFusion" and how we would proceed with this.
