Hello! This suggestion is mainly directed to the PotterworldMC players who have bought a prefix or package on the store of the PotterworldMC server and have joined the PotterworldMC Discord™️ server.
I'm sure anyone who follows the criteria mentioned above has checked at least once the Allegiance & Clubs Section on the Discord™️ server only to find out.. endless counting on every single channel. This sure is news to me! On the store it's mentioned that a channel for the owners of the product will be unlocked to discuss matters related to the club or allegiance, but counting is nowhere to be seen!
Regardless, some might say that the counting in the channels can be considered "spam", which is against the PotterworldMC Discord™️ server rules, here's the definition of spam I found on the internet:
"Spam is any kind of unwanted, unsolicited digital communication that gets sent out in bulk. Often spam is sent via email, but it can also be distributed via text messages, phone calls, or social media."
While the counting fits the criteria of being text messages sent in bulk, for spam to be considered as such it must be unwanted! This might happen if someone who buys a prefix/package from the PotterworldMC store expecting a channel where to talk with other allegiances doesn't like the direction the channel has gone to.
Wouldn't it be a shame if someone were to be scammed because they expected something completely different from the product they bought? I have two suggestions that can both be implemented to fix this issue and cease all occurring rule breaking:
1. Rename the PotterworldMC Discord™️ "Allegiance & Clubs" server section to "Counting Channels".
This legitimates the counting as purposeful and therefore no longer rulebreaking.
2. Advertise the channels on the products on the PotterworldMC store as counting channels.
This gives potential buyers more information about the channels, which gives the customers full responsibility if they do not like the counting, as they were warned before.
The next suggestion will be about counting competitions with potterpoints as reward for the best counters, have a magical day!
