I would recommend contacting a Lead Prefect (Jada or Erica) or the Head of the Community Management Department (Deniz) in that case. You can do so here on the forums (Erica, Jada, Deniz) or on the discord (Erica#7556, Jada#8987, Deniz#0007). You can also make a support ticket here.
