Issue with reset token

Hi,
I don't know if this has happened before, if it did, I hope it got fixed. I just got a reset token and reset my character. After that I got disconnected, as I was supposed to. After that it took me a few attempts to connect to the server, but now I'm good.
Now here's the problem: My character got reset, I'm unsorted and everything, buuuuut, I spawned in the great hall, have nothing in my inventory and can't do any quests...
Can anybody help with that?
