Joshua's Escape from Prison - Recap 11

After being imprisoned in the Auralock base, Joshua Pendragon managed to write and send log entries out of his cell to keep his followers apprised of his situation. While he formed a plan to escape, the Phoenixes seemingly met Joshua outside of his cell, who continued to provide instructions. His logs became more cryptic, mentioning a mysterious figure “H” who was collecting ingredients for a secret project.

In time it was revealed that H was a Homunculus, an artificial life-form made through Alchemy to look and sound like Joshua. Via a telepathic link, Joshua acted through H to create a second Homunculus capable of shapeshifting, known as Scout. After shipping Scout to his cell disguised as a cake, Joshua used the small creature to slip through the vents and search the Auralock archives, where he discovered—too late to stop them—the plans for Operation 83-C. After having Scout retrieve his wand, Joshua sent a message to his lieutenants Andreu and Kade, before fleeing his cell. Making his way to a series of forgotten tunnels under the Ministry, Joshua reunited with Andreu and Kade and managed to make his escape.
