I noticed while looking at different items that 2 of them have the exact same buff/debuff in the same rarity tier with just 2 levels apart.

I suggest that either

- One of them is removed, or
- One of them is reworked

Hello and once again thank you for your suggestion! As of this moment in time we're going to deny this suggestion. Currently, we are looking into reworking our gear, however, we're still unsure of which direction we want to go with these changes. In the future when we start to once again look into gear changes, we may come back to this suggestion.
