I believe that when A player is using certain hacks you get a different ban for the use of each not just Permanent for “modified client “ someone could be using blink hacks which is where your skin changes which doesn’t effect others but this isn’t a reason really to permanently ban someone if someone is using fly hacks which doesn’t affect someone the they also shouldn’t be permanently banned Because although yes it is the persons fault for using fly hacks a 30 day for first ban the. Maybe 90 days the. 3rd ban is permanent because if someone gets banned twice and appeals then gets unbanned why not just follow that system meaning less appeals meaning less staff work

Hey there @Moosey13,
After considering your idea, we have unfortunately decided to decline it because we feel as if most of the time bans for the use of a Modified Client are deserved. The reason players get permanently banned for using for example fly hacks is because they provide the user an unfair advantage over other players and this is not something we want to promote on our server and is therefore a severe offence.
We are also already trying to be more lenient with players that use certain modified clients without a malicious intent as we do agree that a permanent ban in these cases could be too harsh. Furthermore if anyone thinks a modified client should be added to the approved list here they are free to contact a Head Staff member and talk to them about it! If players receive a ban for using a Modified Client, they are also welcome to make a ban appeal here.
Nevertheless, thanks again for bringing up your suggestion and rest assured that we value any feedback and suggestions from players!
Best Regards,
Aurora
