Thank you for taking the time to make a suggestion for Potterworld. We are always looking for ways to improve and better the server and player suggestions and feedback are an important part of this!
As for your idea, we will try to implement this as this is something we would like to do. However, currently there are some tech limitations with this, so we cannot do it which is why it will be put on hold.

is it so hard to recode the plugin and increase the cooldown to 10 instead of 5 or smth!? ty for your response though

Thank you again for making this suggestion! Unfortunately, we will change the decision from on hold to declined. We have recently tweaked Quabbleball for 1.18 and are happy with how it is currently working. As the Development team is focused on our 2.0 update, we will not be making any further changes to this at this time.
