Heyoo,
I've been thinking about it and be free to add to this idea if you want. Since everything is heading more in an mmorpg experience, why not implement a companion of some kind. Like a pet it would follow you and when you click on it you would have a similar UI like when you shift click players (or maybe like a quest giver npc) and it would give advice, tell you locations, give you an item or something and much more. Just like in mmo's it will be your main thing to help you out, giving info (or maybe event helping fight mobs? When they die they enter a crouch stance to indicate defeat and do no combat for a period of time but still follow you)
The Companion would replace Scarlett, and place all other forms of help (commands like /faq and /ticket but still have an icon to do those things though from the companion UI screen.
If you go into a minigame, duelling or somewhere where the companion would not be allowed they would be able to get accessed still (for text help and info) but through a... lets say 'call item' like a phone or something else that would fit the lore more.
The companion would act like a mix of Ron, Hermione, House ghost, basically a friend or guide that were to Harry in the books/movies, whichever sounds like a better idea, maybe even just a neutral friend you meet during a quest in year 1.
I hope you like my idea and it just randomly popped into my head while thinking of ways to improve the user experience, especially for new people.
