Option To Change Wand Effects Placement

I love the idea of wand effects, I just get so annoyed by them taking up some of my screen. I am suggesting adding an option that makes them only spawn at your feet/legs/non GUI area, in order to make using them for style not sacrifice game play.

This suggestion has unfortunately been declined as it is not something that is easy to do. We would need to create many copies of each wand effect to have this work which is not something we are looking for to do at the moment.
