Payload: Extra Player Goes to Attackers

A lot of people think that it is much easier to defend in payload than it is to attack. Ensuring that when there is an odd amount of players, the attacking side gets the extra player would be an easy way to begin fixing this.
This would also reject the defenders' another possible in getting an extra player.

Yeah! If it's possible to give Rebels the extra player during odd games then that would be nice.

Thank you for your suggestion! We think this is a great idea and that the extra player should definitely go to the rebels. This change has been implemented as of a few days ago.
