Phoenix Package - Death Effect

So I purchased the Phoenix Package, and love everything about it. Just also noticed though that the death effect for Phoenix's isn't included in the package. I think it would make sense to include the death effects with the allegiance packages, unless I'm just weird. Figured I'd suggest it at least.
