Currently it seems like the Defenders are at a disadvantage when going against Passers. My guess is that Passers and Defenders have the same steal range number - but visually it seems like Passers can steal from a longer distance because of how small the particle effects are when a Defender uses the steal skill.
Reduce the steal cooldown for Defenders to half a second and +1 range over Passers.
Possibly change the way opposing Passers can steal from Defenders? Such as lowering the Passer's steal range when they are within the Defender's box.
