Reduce Signum's Level Requirement

Currently you get Signum at level 26. Recently, there have been a number of players who were stuck in mazes that couldn't use signum because they were not a high enough level. I would suggest lowering the level you acquire it to level 11/12 so newer players can use it right when they leave the First Year Experience World for overworld/event mazes

Thank you for your suggestion! We really like this idea and will be lowering the level for Signum to level 11, so that players receive 2 spells at level 11. We will then be implementing a new spell for level 26, so keep an eye out!

I'm happy to say that this suggestion is now complete with the recent Gameplay Update! We have lowered the level requirement for Signum to be level 7. A new spell, Enfurio, has been added in its place.
