In the Daily Diviner’s Breaking News article #20, it was revealed that the Daily Diviner was keeping their eyes on the Council of Cinders for a new leadership change. The information they sought was finally revealed in a private meeting between Max Fireheart, the Phoenix Sunseeker, and Arabella Pendragon, the Phoenix Embersage. During this meeting, Arabella released an official statement that even though she and Max have worked side by side for years, the best for the Phoenixes was to have one leader. With this conclusion, Max Fireheart was decided to become the new Lord of the Phoenixes overseeing the Phoenix organization. As the new Lord of the Phoenixes, Max Fireheart ensured that the proxy allegiances with the other factions during this time was to be upheld for the time being but he also recognized that the times to show strength was not over yet as the Phoenixes “will stay strong through the darkness as the flame [of the organization] is and will stay lit.”
The article ended with the Daily Diviner giving their congratulations to the new Lord of the Phoenixes, Max Fireheart.
