Reset Issue

I reset my character and when I rejoined, I was unsorted but spawned in the Great Hall with nothing in my inventory and I cannot do any quests.

Is there any way this can be fixed?

Hello @floweryfox,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, thankfully the fix for this is relatively simple, and all you need to do is reach out to staff via an in-game ticket (/t create). From there they will be able to fix your character and send you back to the start!
