Reset token, unable to join after purchase.

it's been almost 72 hours since i purchased a reset token and done the /reset in game and my account is still "under construction". is this normal? if so do you know how long it typically takes? thank you!

Edit: i already contacted support and haven't received a message back hence why i decided to come here to see if anyone knows.
