Thank you for taking the time to bring forward your suggestion. We love seeing players thoughts and ideas as they allow us to find ways to improve the server!
Unfortunately we have discussed your idea and have come to the conclusion that this is not something we would like to do. Firstly, we think that winners already receive a lot of rewards for their victory. They receive the PvP crown, gold, House Points, an announcement and special prefixes.
Furthermore, the NPC's would cause complications for the staff team as they require packages to be brought into the live world, which we would like to reduce the usage of. Changing the NPC's after every tournament also requires more work as it needs to be kept track of, changed on time, changed to the correct player and adjusted according to what kind of tournament it was. which is a lot to manage with other things running alongside as well.
I hope this is understandable and that you aren't dissuaded from using these forums more in the future!
