I'm currently on the 8th Quest in Second Year and I can't manage to obtain the Lucky Charm from Tobias. I have all the the required materials to make the plush except the Lucky Charm. I've tried refreshing, world hopping, reobtaining materials again and nothing will work. If anybody could tell me how to get the charm that would be great, thanks!!
