Set permissions for Housing Residents

Add different permissions to residents which can be toggled. For example, /house addresident [name] will still add a resident, with all permissions enabled by default, but /house setpermissions [name] {build:access:etc.} {onff} (or something similiar) will allow the house owner to toggle on/off building permissions, access permissions (chests) and potentially other permissions which i haven't thought about.

This would be great to allow people to build on your housing while also not giving them access to open your chests. It can prevent unwanted "borrowing" (stealing).

Apologies for the delay in making a decision for this suggestion but we are glad to inform you it has been accepted! We like the idea of allowing players to have certain permissions on housing that the housing owner can add to them and definitely think it will be useful, However, we will first be exploring different options for various individual permissions, so this will likelytake a while to be added.

In our recent update (https://potterworldmc.com/threads/bug-fixes-improvements-april-3rd-2023.14901/), we added support in /house settings to allow owners to set permissions for residents to collectively open chests or build on the plot. We unfortunately will not be adding individual permissions for players.
