yeah it would have the problem that it’s bound to your head, so if you looked up the sock would be flying in the air

As others have stated, having a hat used for socks means that it would follow the head rather than the feet. Unfortunately, this wouldn't work very well for when people are not looking directly ahead of themselves, and therefore this suggestion is declined.

Nevertheless, we really appreciate your creative ideas for cosmetics and we encourage you to keep it up!
