I kinda need help for the "blocked resource" quest.
I built the visispecs but i guess i kinda lost it, then searched for the materials again and tried to build it but it seems that i cant anymore and now i'm stuck here and dont know what to do.

You don't really need the vivispecs if you are in the well. For where you are stuck, I'd recommend trying out some spells on that conspicious fence in front of you ;')
