Description When following the unique token ID link from typing /link in game, and logged into the forums, it leads me to an error page. I also attempted to use the redirect on the forum itself, and neither place work.

Hi! Thank you so much for your fast reply, and I apologize for my absence in getting back to you.

Smart catch! I just went to check my email and sadly, it's not in spam, trash, main inbox, promotions, or social. I also searched my Gmail manually for the keywords: forum, verification, Droobledore LLC (bottom of your website), and PotterworldMC and only one thing came up being my free player reset store purchase from Tebex on the 25th.

I checked my account details and preferences, and the email address is correctly written. It just never sent me a link at all, and there's nothing I can do on my end to request another one from the system.

The email verification went through, and I confirmed it. So that problem is solved.

However, when doing /link in game it leads to another issue. My username currently (and has been for a while) is icyvoid3 in game. It's trying to sync my prior username (fembvy) which I changed to be more family-friendly. This doesn't make sense since it is the SAME account, just changed the display.

I won't join the Discord as I'm an adult and refuse to have my profile status monitored and controlled, which is one of the rules, so I respectfully left the Discord without verifying there. But I still wanted a place to interact with the community, since the in-game chat is dead. I thought the forums would be that place but my entire account is just unsynced and I think I'll just delete it and move on to another server.

Yeah.... even after verifying I'm blocked from participating in the forum.

As a California Resident I'm just going to go ahead and file a motion to delete all my forum data and information as per my right with this website operating in the jurisdiction of United States, specifically listed as Los Angeles in Section 8 - Governing Law of your privacy policy.

Can I go ahead and formally do that with you here, or do you have an official privacy email so this can be logged on both our ends?

I am sorry to hear that you were struggling with the name update. It seems to have rectified itself, as it now says "Minecraft IGN: icyvoid3". The account is also marked as linked. It can take a bit of time to refresh, which is likely why it showed your previous username and did not allow you to post earlier.
