Switch epifio casting

Pretty simple. Switch casting on yourself to Left Click and casting on others to shift Left click. Or the option to choose which way you cast it.

This suggestion has been declined because the Systems Team that handles magic, spells, mobs, etc is currently still thinking about how to manage things. However, at a later date when they are able to, they will revisit these suggestions, review them again and may decide to implement this anyways.
