Salutations and welcome to the thirteenth edition of The Weekly Owl! This week has been very calm compared to others. As always, we assure you that we will provide the most accurate, up-to-date information about the Wizarding World’s recent events.
Recent Events
On March 7th, McKenna Varulv injured Anna Woodlyn. Anna was then brought to the Aurorlock Camp to receive treatment, however, those there were unaware she was held under McKenna’s Imperium curse. Because of the curse, Anna was influenced into going back to the Dark Followers. McKenna eventually lifted the curse and went into hiding, knowing that now Anna could inform the others of what happened. Will, Yumei, Anna and Lauren were able to find McKenna, bringing her to the Phoenix base and placing her in prison. They then discovered that Lauren was there when McKenna first hurt Anna and didn’t report it. This led them to believe that Lauren was helping McKenna keep it a secret from the Ministry. Afterward, Anna and Will got into a fight making Anna choose to return to the DFs, this time not under the influence of someone else.

Q: How do the Dark Followers plan about going up against large amounts of people?
A: This question implies that the Dark Followers are in a position of weakness or doubt - let me assure you, we are not. We have never stopped planning, plotting and fighting. We will be victorious, no matter the cost, no matter the odds.
Q: What has been the hardest part about planning for future attacks?
A: Again, you wrongly assume we are in a place of weakness. It’s not about difficulties when planning. It’s about a conscious choice to not attack or act in the moment. I will not say more about our plans.
Q: Do you have any advice for our readers?
A: Be scared. Be weary. You don’t know what is approaching. The Ministry will fall - do not rely on them. Most importantly, do not cross or fight with the Dark Followers. Consequences will be deadly.
