Thank you for your question! Updating the server to a higher version is something that the Development team is planning on doing whenever possible. This process takes a lot of time and effort, so we cannot provide a planned date for when this will be finished. However, in the meantime, you are free to join our server with a premium (purchased) Minecraft: Java Edition account on any version between 1.10 and 1.13.
