Hello everyone!
The competitors for the UDC (Unofficial Dueling Community) Ranked Season 2 have all been approved and can be found in the UDC discord (message eden or sam if you aren't in this. Its also found in the form below).
This season we will be incorporating our new “sponsor” system. Everyone that is not participating in ranked has the option to choose one player that they think will win overall. At the end of the season if you picked the player that won, YOU WILL SPLIT 50K GOLD WITH EVERYONE ELSE THAT PICKED THAT PLAYER.
THE PLAYER THAT YOU CHOOSE TO SPONSER WILL RECIEVE A 200G COMMISION FROM THE UDC PER SPONSER.
You can only pick ONE sponsor. What this means is if you pick a higher tier duelist you probably have a higher chance of winning but your prize pool will be smaller due to most people sponsoring those players.
If you pick an underdog that you think might win, you have a lower chance of winning with your sponsor BUT your prize pool will be divided between less players so you would make more from the 50k split.
The reasoning behind this system is to put real pressure on players competing as well as allowing non duelist to participate by cheering on the sponsor of their choice.
