We the People of the Potterworld, in Order to form a more perfect Community, establish Justice, insure Peace, provide for the common defense, promote the general Happiness, and secure the Blessings of Freedom to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Official movement for all mobility spells in Potterworld.

And so, as Volo and Tripudio are considered a mobility spell as seen in-game when you hover over the spell, it should therefore inherit the effects given to all other mobility spells such as Ascendo and Appereo. These effects are 40% increase in range. And so by applying these effects, Volo's speed will be increased by 40% when Mediwizard's leap is active and Tripudio's leap will increase in height by 40%.

Just like i said on discord,
1. Range and duration isn't really the same in this case. As a self cast spell, Volo does not have a range.
2. Some other talents also don't effect all spells (for example tier 1 duelist doesn't give ALL spells extra range, even tho it says so)
3. They should just write down the spells that are effected by that talent, just like most talents do
At the end of the day, I don't think that spells like volo or tripudo should be buffed like this.

To Ivan's first point Range and Duration are not equal. The same can be said about Ascendo as it says and I quote "Using your magical might, propel yourself forward at a high velocity towards the direction you are facing". Now, propulsion is the act of applying a force to an object to initiate movement. The spell ascendo does not increase the range, rather it increase the power or strength in which your magical might propels you. Therefore Range does not equal Force/strength/power/Magical Might, although we allow ourselves to say they are one in the same.

As for Tripudio, forgot that was a spell but now that you bring it up it should be included. But in tripudio's case you wouldn't be increasing the duration rather the magical energy allowing you to jump higher.
