Xp Needed for Quests are not lining up

i'm playing this server with my friend and i'm on level 15 and she's on level 14. To access our next quest it says she needs level 16, but mine doesn't say the same. is there any way to fix this so we're on the same level?

I don't know what the issue was, but she got the levels she needed and we're on a different quest now. I was definitely level 15 bc i just got 16 a couple hours ago, but it's all fixed now. thanks tho!!
