General Emotes

Heyo,
Would it be possible for everyone to get general emotes like Greetings, High Five, Thank You and such? 😊
It would be nice to have some basic ones besides the lesser used ones we already have. I see Hug is the most common one used for greetings but why not have the ones I listed above? 🤔

We already have the "Thank you" emote in the Kindness Emote pack, High five emote in the "Friends Emote Pack", and there is a full Emote Pack for Greetings.

However, I do agree that it would be cool to get additional general emotes to use for everyone, because currently most people use the Hug Emote as you mentioned. Or perhaps we can allocate emote rewards for certain quests or add some emotes to the voting shop to make getting them more fun

Ah, thank you for informing me about those packs. Its nice that they exist to add more variety to non-verbal communication. I agree with you and am glad that its mutual. Also great idea about earning some emotes!

I liked when we got emotes from events, and then those same emotes being added to the store later so everyone has a chance to get them.

Yeah, I do agree that some sort of 'Hello' emote would be useful for everyone but then again if it is already part of the store then it's slightly unfair for people who bought the Greetings back already so maybe it could either be (as Sal suggested) put into a quest / event to make others work for it a bit more or maybe they should just put it in anyway idk but ye I think it would be far more useful than just 'Hug' or 'Tag' but then again that's why it's on the store and now I just realised Ive added absolutely nothing to the conversation but im gonna post anyway cause lolw

Thank you for taking the time to make another suggestion on the forums. We really appreciate it!
Unfortunately, we will be declining this one for the reason already mentioned above, namely because the emotes listed on the suggestion are already on the store in emote packages and we would like to stay clear of repeating emotes. We will still look into adding more generic emotes but nothing is guaranteed.
