This is pretty much a bandage to the problem but if you press F3 you can know if you're looking at a barrier or not at the bottom of the right HUD.

If they do add this they should probably put a warning that you'll die if you walk through since you lose 10% of gear durability when you die. Maybe an Unspeakable NPC could be placed near the veil.

What I'm saying is that if they added the bumps it wouldn't look very good because the area is too small for them to add it.

That detail probably difficult to pull off since the models are blocky and there's really not enough space for the bumps to be there.

I think the reason that they are priced so high is that they are entities and a lot can lag the housing server.
