I think your current housing looks great right now! however, if you want to redo it, feel free! personally, I think that it would be great if you added to it, and made revisions, if you really wanted to, as opposed to starting anew. Then your housing will have a rich history to it! you can watch...

I think the general issue here is you can't use many magic items on broom, and the ball is similar to a magic item gamewise, so when you use it, it kicks you off. Maybe they should make an exception to that, if that's the case? :)
