At the moment, you can only get house points from the mob hunt when you reach level 75. You get 15 house points for first of all getting to level 75, traveling all over then killing strong mobs. I have 2 ways to change this. Firstly you could change the house points reward to instead give you the prize if you complete all the unlocked quests. Secondly would be to add a house point reward for each area. It would increase depending on the level of the place of course.
