Item frame limit

Everyone is familiar with the museums that players set up. However, some housings make them so big, that it starts lagging. This is due to the fact that the item frames count as entities and too many entities cause lag. Therefore I wanna suggest a limit to the amount of item frames allowed to use on 1 housing. I was thinking of 200 or 300 as a limit so that people can still have museums of good size, but not too big that it starts to lag.

Don't regulate how many item frames people can put.

If you lag on a certain housing, don't go to that housing. Would not make sense to limit someone else's creation just because you're not able to reach 60fps there - if the housing owner had a problem with it, they wouldn't place that many to begin with.

+ There's like no museums with that many item frames. The only housing that does is from a HS, HeyLookBunnies.

I believe that just because many item frames cause lag, we should not restrict how much item frames that people can place! If your computer cannot handle having that many item frames, I suggest to just not go to their housing! It is not really a common occurrence anyways, item frames are expensive! <3

Absolutely agree, lots of people make really cool designs with item frames and it wouldnt make sense restricting it. Additionally if somebody is above that limit right now, what would happen? They can't just remove item frames automatically if they're above the limit so they could just not place more item frames.

Hii @justinvdvelden, and everyone who replied,

We appreciate that you shared your suggestion with us. After bringing it up to the leadership team, we decided to decline it. We believe it is ultimately up to the housing owner to determine the number of item frames they want to place. We also encourage players to create museums if they wish to do so, where we have no plans to limit or restrict this. While we won't implement this suggestion, we hope you continue sharing your ideas and opinions.

If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to reach out. :)
