It would be cool if we got diffrent currency by being staff and winning tournaments. The currency could be exchanged to potterpoints like usual or could be used to buy spesial items like the staff staff(pun intended) the winners crown and much more. This will give more incentive to practicing and winning tournaments

Potterpoints currently are given out to the winners of tournaments and to staff, so I'm not really sure what you mean with new currency? Can you maybe explain further?

This sounds a bit redundant; currently, we get 500 Potterpoints for winning a tournament, which we can spend on gold, XP, or store items. Adding a completely different currency would not really serve a purpose as what you're suggesting does pretty much the same thing that Potterpoints can do. Regarding what you said about staff wands (Such as the Builder Hammer, the GD Paintbrush, etc), these are only given to the people in that respective department. It's really a small token/perk of being in the department; being able to buy it wouldn't be fair. With the Crowns, if you win you (temporarily) gain access to the PVP crown for the rest of the month.

As Potter Points is already used to buy items from the store in-game, we find this unnecessary.
There are also some items that are staff-only items or items that can only be obtained by competing and winning tournaments - we do not want to make these items available for all players ^^
