I've had a few ideas lately, and felt like sharing before I forgot them.
First up: Portable Codex.
It may just be me, but I've been playing a long time and still get constantly lost as to where some certain things are in the Wilderness, so the suggestion is that you would be able to purchase a book (perhaps called Fantastic Creatures and Where To Locate Them ) from an NPC located in the Wilderness towns, which would basically act as a portable codex, which would be a lot easier than running back to a town or to the library each time you needed to use it.
Second idea: Graduation Cap.
This would be a cosmetic item/hat combo (or just hat) that would be accessible in games to Graduate students. However, you would first need to unlock every graduation spell, unlock all talents and then purchase the Graduation cap for a further amount of AC. This means it would still take some work as opposed to just graduating. (Heck, I know I'd have to work for it still) The hat would be available in 4 colors representing the houses. (though you could get whatever color you wanted, and all 4 if you had enough ac) The reason I say that it could be combo'd with an item is that with the item, it could have a similar use to the practice quaffle-ball, in which you could throw it into the air, like many graduates do irl, and I think that would be a fun little addition.
Third idea: "Time Turner"
Now hear me out, I know time turners are a valuable collector item in the game, as they were in fact used in the past for use in survival server. (iirc) BUT, what if we could bring them back to have a new use? Of course, I'm not saying they should replace the collected ones people have, they would still be a whole new item. But what I'm thinking of, is that when used they would TP you to your latest death point, or instead perhaps be used like the totem of undying, in which it can save you from death. I do think that because they would have the chance of ending up being an OP item, that they would be a single time use each, and be purchased for a decent amount of gold from stores in Diagon and hogsend.
Final Idea: Jafar's Staff
We have staffs like Gandalf and Maleficent's staff, and you can't deny Jafar's cobra staff ain't awesome. Similar to Lucius's staff maybe, but awesome.
