If it were to give a spectral arrow effect it would be quite useless since currently Fortifius is used a lot in graduate duels which has that exact same effect. It would be a detriment to use since you don't know if the player possibly used fortifius.

You can use Vulnamedius to cleanse wither and poison off others. So if you want to cleanse slows or other cast time effects off your allies you use Recanto, if you want to cleanse poison and wither you use Vulnamedius.

I really like all of this however, being a past member of the rp team i would say that the rp team already have a LOT to handle; official rp events, unofficial rp, different media stuff, etc etc. I think what would be better is if the community were given the resources such as the forum section...
