Happy Butterbrew Festival!

Greetings dear students! This year, Kevin is excited to bring you back to the Butterbrew Festival in Hogsend. The Broomsticks Inn staff and the villagers are excited to have the festival back in town. Activities from previous years’ Carnival are also making a return for everyone’s excitement!

Speak to Festival Kevin at the Great Hall to start your Butterbrew Festival adventure and travel to Hogsend. The event will end on September 21st.

Quests & Activities
In your quest journal, you will see a new icon for the Butterbrew Festival. This will be accessible throughout the entire event and will disappear after the final day of the event. Throughout the quests and activities you will be rewarded Event Tokens.

After completing the introduction quest to the event, you will have access to 4 activities and for those who did not play or finish the Butterbrew Trials, Heidi is back in town to let those who want to challenge their minds in the escape room.

Get your stomachs ready, because Rory has brought back his Food Eating Competition!

We are excited to announce the release of this month's hidden coupon! Each month, we release riddles and puzzles around the world and on our store, with the first to crack the codes and find items in-game winning the month's coupon. Our hidden coupons are released on the third weekend of each month.

This gift card can only be obtained by one lucky player and is hidden well. We have used locations which are especially easily accessible for players this month!

Each gift card can only be obtained once and will give the player who finds it $5.00 to spend for free on our store! Owned coupons can be checked in /me and are valid for 6 months from release. These can be used to purchase items from our store and also lower the price you have to pay for items.

The player who found the coupon first last month cannot participate in this month's hidden coupon hunt. This is to ensure that many players can have a chance at the coupon and to share rewards.

We are thrilled to announce that the August 2024 hidden coupon has been found! Thank you to everyone who put their effort and time into searching for it. We hope that the puzzles in this month's coupon hunt were enjoyable.

While the coupon is now found, you can still search for it using our store hint if you want a challenge! The hints are removed once the next hidden coupon is released, but you can still encounter the puzzle on the server.

Congratulations to @jake_ft on becoming our new Assistant to Head of Community Management!

Jake has been an integral part of CM for over 2 years and has been a phenomenal Lead Prefect for the team. As Assistant, Jake will help guide and lead the CM department to ensure our server values are upheld and that all Potterworld community members have a fun and fair experience on the server. We can’t wait to see all that he’ll accomplish as an Assistant!

As August begins, we are excited to announce the winner of last month's giveaway, as well as announce this month's new prompt!

In July, we had so many incredible pieces of art submitted that fit the beach activities theme. From narrative renders to adorable digital art, our artist community outdid themselves once again! To reiterate, the Monthly Art Giveaway is a way for players to create any art form (MC build, render, drawing, writing, craft, etc.) while fitting a specific theme. One winner will be randomly picked at the end of the month, and will receive a $5.00 Gift Card and 100 House Points!

This month's prompt is to create something that follows the theme of school as summer comes to an end! It can be related to Hogsworth, one of the other wizarding schools, or even something you're looking forward to with the upcoming year. We can't wait to see what you create!
