actually i believe you could since there is i believe an option that if you join a server outside of class server it turns off spectator mode or fly mode iirc.

Imo they should've made it like we made the CE Hub, so you can visit the old event builds and reexplore them again. Without quests obviously but it would be a nice touch if you could go back to your favorite events.

Making spells only purchaseable in the Store for actual money would break the minecraft EULA so that won't happen!

If you read the first paragraph of my post I've mentioned restricting the spells or atleast the overpowered ones. This is easily possible for the GD team too as the magic plugin provides Worldguard flags to block certain spells in certain areas. But you are absolutely right!
