Quests & Activites
In your Quest Journal, you will see a new icon for the Winter Waltz Event. This will be accessible throughout the entire event and will be disabled after the event ends. Upon completing quests, you will be rewarded ❊ Snowflakes! There are four main quests that can be completed once, as well as three side quests that can be completed once every 12 hours.

In addition to the quests, there is also an exclusive activities to enjoy! A fellow student from École du Monde Occulte has advent calendar of riddles ready to be solved! Check back everyday at 12 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to receive a new riddle up until December 25, 2023! You don't want to miss out on these daily reward opportunities!

Hello witches, wizards, and other magical fellows!

As December begins, we are excited to announce the winner of last month's giveaway, as well as announce this month's new prompt!

In November, we had so many incredible pieces of art submitted that fit the theme of prehistoric From insanely creative builds to narrative renders, those in our art community showcased their talents once again! And so, without further ado, the November winner is… Honey_Dwarf1! They will receive the prize of 150 Potter Points and 100 House Points today.

Now onto the December giveaway & theme!

To reiterate, the Monthly Art Giveaway is a way for players to create any art form (MC build, render, drawing, writing, craft, etc.) while fitting a specific theme. One winner will be randomly picked at the end of the month, and will receive 150 Potter Points and 100 House Points!

This month's prompt is to create something that showcases a winter wonderland! This can be anything from a beautiful and bright snowscape to transforming your housing for the winter season! Don't be afraid to unleash your creativity this winter season!

Looking back at our initial roadmap for 2023, we're proud of the progress we've made. This year, we’ve seen the release of Woodshire, with a lot of incredible quests, as well as new daily repeatable activities, and new ways to interact with the world. We learned a LOT from Woodshire, and want to take these lessons into the future with Potterworld 2.0.

We’ve also released our first two Adventures: Legends of Longbay Landing and Nature's Call. This was our first test of what we’ve internally referred to as our “Living World Initiative'' - Essentially pushing our world so that towns, people, and the events in them feel more alive than ever before. You’ll continue to see the results of this initiative as time goes on, as we continue to iterate and create new ways for our world to evolve.

We released a revamped Appleby Village with our Butterbrew event, to great success, which has allowed us to begin designing some new ideas for content to come to Appleby in the future.

We are excited to announce the release of this month's hidden coupon! Taking inspiration from past gameplay, we are releasing one hidden gift card/coupon around our world today.

This gift card can only be obtained by one lucky player and is hidden well. It is truly difficult but rewarding to find, especially if it is found before the Black Friday Sale concludes on November 27th, 11:59 PM PST!

Each gift card can only be obtained once and will give the player who finds it $5.00 to spend for free on our store! Owned coupons can be checked in /me and are valid for 6 months from release.

We are thrilled to announce that after extremely hard work from the community, the November 2023 hidden coupon has been found! Thank you to everyone who put their effort and time into searching for it. We wish better luck next time to all who were not successful in finding this one!

While the coupon is found, you can still search for it using our store hint to find it if you want a challenge! The hints are removed once the next hidden coupon is released, but you can still encounter the puzzle on the server.

From this month on, we will post the solution once the hidden coupon has been found. Additionally, we will list a history of all hidden coupon winners moving forward.
