Hello, witches and wizards!
It's now July and the Store team is happy to announce its newest releases! The Celestial Store Releases contain many unique items all fitting with an outer space and constellation theme. These items are:
- NEW Galaxy Staff: Containing essences from the galaxies, this wand is perfect for any constellation and space lover!
- NEW Galaxy Broom: Traverse the universe and explore far-away planets with a broom matching the stars!
- NEW Pet Star: Bring the cosmos to you with this adorable pet star. This companion will surely brighten your day!
- NEW Star Guardian: A stellar way to upgrade your Animus Exto spell! Cast the spell and this unique star will now protect you.
- Buying this guardian also grants you access to the Pet Star Guardian in /pets. You can expect this with all future Guardians.
- Additionally, to get the Animus Exto spell, you must complete the Guardian Challenge in-game (the pet will be available in /pets even if you do not have the spell). You can start the Guardian Challenge in the Headmaster's Office in Hogsworth.
- NEW Starry Death Effects: Burst into a collection of gold and white & reunite with the stars. We'll be looking out for a constellation of you!
- NEW Solar Wand Effects: Take solar energy everywhere you go! This unique wand effect will make you stand out from the rest.

Created in October of 2020, the WizNewsletter serves as a way for students and staff to recap on the month's updates. WizNetworkers spend countless hours researching, writing, editing, and implementing each section so that the happenings of the wizarding world do not go unnoticed. Monthly Art Giveaway - July 2022
Hello witches and wizards!
As we start July, we are excited to announce the winner of last month's giveaway, as well as announce this month's new prompt!
In June, we had many fantastic pieces of art submitted that fit the rainbow theme! From prideful pieces to outstanding artwork, those in our art community showed their talent once again! And so, without further ado, the June winner is… Hopecute23! They will receive the prize of 150 Potter Points and 100 House Points today.
Now onto the July giveaway & theme!
To reiterate, the Monthly Art Giveaway is a way for players to create any art form (MC build, render, drawing, writing, craft, etc.) while fitting a specific theme. One winner will be randomly picked at the end of the month, and will receive 150 Potter Points and 100 House Points!
This month's prompt is to create a piece involving zodiac signs!
Giveaway Guidelines:
- One prompt will be released every month. All submissions must follow this prompt, submissions that do not will not be entered.
- The submissions may be ANY form of art (builds, writing, drawing, renders, music, photos, etc.) as long as you are able to share it with us.
- Submissions must be submitted on the Art Discord in the #monthly-giveaway channel. IGN must be included for the submission to count.
- All submissions must follow all the Potterworld rules (keep it appropriate).

Arena & Academics Merge
We are very excited to announce that the Arena team will be moving from the Game Design department into the Academics department!
Arena members and current Academics members will continue to do their jobs as usual, with the former running challenges and tournaments, and the latter running classes! Our Class Design team will now begin to create content for the entire merged department, which hopefully means more exciting interactive experiences for you all in the near future. We cannot wait to see how our teams continue to grow from here!

Pride 2022 Giveaway Winners

My favorite trait is helping others and being kind.
I would have to say my favourite trait about myself is my individuality, it allows me to express myself as much as I want along with not caring about what anyone thinks! I believe expressing your individuality is a key component to feeling freedom and maturing as a person.
My favorite trait about myself is my honesty. I can be extremely honest, which ends up bad in situations where the normal and correct thing is to lie.
