A brand new six-part questline is now live! Players will encounter Via Oxley, a student who wishes to learn the art of healing, and over the course of six quests, embark on a fantastic journey to discover more about Via, the Oxley family, and secrets that lie within several towns... There is also a brand new healing spell available in Rising Healer: Supported called Saniteris! Check your quest journal to begin!

- A Repair for a Ride: A new fast travel quest that will take you from Appleby to Riddleyard! You can speak to the Boat Captain on the shore near Appleby to Begin! Level Requirement: 60

Welcome to the Academics weekly assignment for the week of July 17th, 2022! These weekly assignments will give our Professors the ability to showcase some of their lesson ideas here on the website. Hello everyone! The Game Designer Team has prepared another mid-update patch for you all! Please keep in mind anything in the "Upcoming Content" section is subject to change and not set in stone, nor do we have a release date guaranteed for any of it.

New Content

• We added new quick travel NPCs around two locations in the world to help ease confusion in lower levels. Similar to the Prefects at Hogsworth, there are now Sr. Prefects in Hogsend and Street Auralocks in London with teleport access to common areas in within each location.
• Added an Efficiency 5 Unbreaking 3 Pickaxe to the Mine Depot
• Added an Efficiency 5 Silk Touch Pickaxe to the Mine Depot
• Added a Rememberball Tier 2 reward to Reputation. This can be used to view the Help Wanted portion of the Taskboard for the towns anywhere on the map
• Add mob locations to the compass
• Add reputation to the scoreboard for the town you are in
• Added consistency messages to DADA tasks so that when you have killed X amount of the mob, it sends a message telling you to go back to the NPC

Changed Content

• Updated the lost NPC's for the Divination reputation tasks to have no nameplate when you aren't on the task to decrease confusion.

Upcoming Content (subject to change)

• We have decided to remove the variability from Reputation rewards. This is not released yet, as it is a change that requires us also to update everyone's current stat balances to a value as if they had been earning a consistent amount from the beginning, but it will be released sometime in the coming weeks.

We are pleased to announce that Reputation is now live! Reputation is a system that allows you to increase your "reputation" with towns across the map by completing simple tasks for its residents. As your reputation grows, you will gain access to more rewards and benefits. This release is broken into two phases and this is Phase One. To begin, head over to any of the towns listed below!

Gameplay
In each town, you will find 6 residents that need your help, each requiring different skill. The 6 skills include Cooking, DADA, Divination, Herbology, Potions, and Transfiguration. Cooking tasks require you to collect ingredients and cook something delicious. DADA tasks require you to face a creature lurking somewhere in the world. Divination tasks require you to seek out a missing person that is nowhere to be found. Herbology tasks require you to venture out into the wilderness to pick various plants. Potions tasks require you to collect ingredients and brew up something useful. Transfiguration tasks require you to make something new and magical with your bare hands.

Rewards
Each task awards between 10 and 15 reputation for that town. It is much more likely to get a low number than a high number. Your reputation can be viewed at the "Bulletin Board" for that town, which is generally located at the center of the town.
The Bulletin Board is also where the town residents have posted their help notices. Here, you can view all the tasks available in that town, as well as their starting location and required...
